color: rgb(78, 83, 88); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; outline: 0px !important;">首先，车辆正常着车，在空调打开鼓风机，打开AC，鼓风机工作正常，但是没冷风出来，前面无离合器吸合声音。其可能的原因有：1. 管路内无冷媒，系统没无压力2.压力开关损坏，导致信号无法传递至ECU3.蒸发箱温度传感器/环境温度传感器4.发动机内有其他的故障码5.压缩机本身故障，电磁离合器故障6.压缩机继电器和线路断路7.压缩机控制线路断路8.空调面板损坏9.发动机ecu损坏，无法控制继电器吸合</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 20px; color: rgb(78, 83, 88); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; outline: 0px !important;">首先确认不制冷为压缩机不吸合，那我们要检查的方向就是压缩机吸合条件，和压缩机的执行线路，我们第一时间使用空调压力表，检查下管路里是不是有正常的压力。系统内有没有冷媒。<br style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 20px; color: rgb(78, 83, 88); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; outline: 0px !important;">5.我们检测压缩机继电器无吸合，使用导线短接继电器的30-87，压缩机吸合，且正常制冷。可以排除压缩机、压缩机保险及继电器到压缩线路问题。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(78, 83, 88); font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; outline: 0px !important;">8.根据电路图所示，空调面板通过10#给压力开关信号，通过压力开关，告诉需要压缩机运行，经检查，打开AC开关式。1号为13V，关闭AC开关时1号为0V，可以判断面板没有问题。（电路图，1-3通，实测为1-4通）9.在电脑版24针脚确认开空调有13V信号进来，但是ECU并未执行压缩机工作，加上上述检修流程判断为电脑版损坏。更换电脑板后，压缩机正常工作。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
