margin: 1.3pt 0.5pt 0pt 1.15pt; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.18; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 24.15pt; outline: 0px !important;">故障检修:从聊天过程中得知该车去年出过事故，在 4S 店内更换了两个无级 自动变速箱、ABS 泵控制单元、整车线束，均未能解决此问题，最后车主迫于无 奈开至我厂维修。接到该车后首先使用诊断仪读取该车的故障码， 结果系统无故 障码。便路试车辆，的确和司机所反映的故障现象一致，当时速达到 120km/h 变速箱故障灯亮起后，读取变速箱系统故障码，故障码如下图所示:<p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.19; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 24.1pt; outline: 0px !important;">可以从数据流中发现，四个轮胎的轮速都达到了 1843km/h，无论是行驶中 还是停车，时速都是 1843 km/h，出现这种情况的原因有两点:第一就是实在性 的故障数据流，第二就是诊断仪进入的系统不一致所导致的，所以便尝试更换系 统，依然四个轮速都是 1843km/h，再次使用其他诊断仪，进入系统，读取轮速 依然是和之前所读的轮速一样，便判定当前所读的数据流确实是实时存在的故障 数据流。熄火后再等五分钟启动行驶再读取数据流，发现数据流回到相对正常值， 与此同时发现前轮的时速比后轮的时速相对要快。如下图:<p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-left: 1.15pt; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.19; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 24.7pt; outline: 0px !important;">只要速度一快，后轮的时速就跟不上前轮的时速。于时便把后轮的 ABS 传感 器插头拔下，清除故障码，再次试车。时速高于 130km/小时，故障灯不再点亮， 之前的故障现象不再出现，读取各个系统的故障码，除了两个后轮 ABS 的传感器 故障码之外，其他系统均未发现故障码。与此同时使用手机打开导航，对应当前 车速，发现当前的车速比实际车速快了 30km/h 左右。稳定在一定的速度，手机 上的导航显示当前的时候为 110km/h 而仪表上则显示 140km/h。于是把两个前轮 的 ABS 传感器插头拔下，把两个后轮的 ABS 插头安装上，再次试车。当时速超过 120km/h，故障现象也不再出现，读取各个系统的故障码，除了两个前轮 ABS 传<p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 2.4pt 2.2pt 0pt 1.15pt; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 1.15; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); outline: 0px !important;">感器的故障码外均未发现任何故障码，手机上显示的实际车速，和当前后轮时速 相差 5km/h 左右。如下图所示:<p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-left: 1.05pt; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 1.19; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-indent: 24.1pt; outline: 0px !important;">然后再次插上四个轮胎上的 ABS 传感器试车，当时速达到 120km/h 的时候， 变速箱故障灯再次点亮，读取故障码和上述的故障码一样，再开 5 分钟，时速表 掉到 0km/h 不再动，和之前的故障现一样。回到厂里检查前左前右 ABS 线束，ABS 传感器正常，便更换两个前轮轴承，因为此种车型的 ABS 齿圈是在轴承外壳上安 装的，故更换齿圈就要更换轴承，更换后装好四个轮胎的 ABS 传感器，试车，时 速达到 150km/h 故障现象不再出现。反复试车，故障解决。下面是更换轴承后， 四个 ABS 传感器的轮速数据:<p style="box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px !important;">故障总结:这个故障是由于更换的轴承并不是原厂轴承，而是副厂轴承，由 于副厂轴承的齿圈做工不达标，导致了该车的轮速相差较大。变速箱电脑计算当 前的输入轴转速和输出轴转速还有当前的车速相差比较大时，报出从动轮转速不 可信，当汽车继续往前行驶四五分钟后，由于前轮和后轮的转速相差较大并且是 两个前轮，和两个后轮。所以 ABS 电脑就不知该采取前轮的数据还是后轮的数据， 干脆就都不采取，所以报出 ABS 功能失效和 ABS 四个轮速传感器的故障。
